Level 9 - Outer Sanctum/Ornate Key

Ok, i got here on my own now i have to ask:
HOw do i open the outer sanctum/get the ornate key ( ithink thats the one you use top open the doors).
AFAI can tell i explored the whole floor

theres a button closer to the entrance it opens up a hallway with some scrolls in them...keys around there i believe
