Just finished it... (no spoilers)
Fantastic game overall, very enjoyable and engrossing, reminded me of the old Amiga classic "Stonekeep". The ending is weak and flat which is a shame, I hate when such great games are finished with piss poor endings. Even so, despite some very difficult (and the odd poorly designed and obscure) puzzles it is great fun and graphically it is gorgeous and possibly the most satisfying game ever when you manage to crack a puzzle after 2 hours!! Easy to see why this game is so highly rated.

Which one? The game has two endings.

Although I will say the final fight for the "real" ending was pretty damn epic.
