Does anyone know how to open the door this refers to?

The door I think it applies to is here.
I labeled the buttons here, and I'll just refer to the lever as "lever".

Because of the "pulled the lever repeatedly, leaving it in an upright position" I assume that at one point there are two back-to-back steps consisting of pulling the lever down, and then pulling it up. Because of the "three things" I assumed that it is some order of 2 lever pulls and 1 button, or 1 button and 2 lever pulls.

I've tried all combinations of this, but the door won't open.

Has anyone else had any luck?

So far I've tried (in ALL of the following examples the lever's end position is pointing upwards):

lewer down when up - go push few times buttons on the wall, both of them, then go bach to the lever, down and up, push few times a buttons, on a 2 or 3 try door will open. Work for me for 2 times.

I don't really understand what you're saying here. Can you rephrase it? I can translate it if it's easier to write it in your native language.

Pull the lever twice(down then up) so it rests upward when you are done then turn to the buttons. press the right one and after that press the left one(if i remember correctly hah ) anyway i remember the lever was the first one for sure(but i did mess around with the buttons before so not sure ). worked for me anyway.

i pressed the buttons 3 times, then waggled the lever about 20 times but left it facing up, then i pressed the button near the door and it opened. piss around a bit it will open
