Difficulty level

I was just wondering if you can adjust the difficulty level in-game by a console command? Let's say you you have a really difficult mob or boss to fight and you want to change from 'normal' to 'easy' and after defeating it, go back to 'normal'

AFAIK there is no possibility to change the difficulty setting after starting your game.
