Bug: can't use rope on pit under non-party teleport

Previously you could use a rope to climb down a pit with a teleporter above it. This was odd behaviour since you otherwise wouldn't be able to get down that pit, so it was changed.
However, the fix for this must have been over-zealous, because it seems to check for any kind of teleporter, including teleporters that do not teleport the party. Thus you have situations (in mods, I don't think it's possible in the original game) where you can jump down a pit but not climb down it.
