I love (!) the graphics and i'd really like to have the option to hide the party frames, so i can enjoy the dungeon in fullscreen without any UI elements.
how about an option to show the party frames either by
a) pressing the SPACE key or
b) to automatically show them when your mouse cursor goes over the hidden frames?
This way they would be still there, but you could wander through the dungeons and fully immerse into the beautiful and scary views of Grimrock.
i think the best way would be to combine both ways, since it would be difficult to fight when the portraits and hands are blending in and out all the time. so with SPACE i would be able to show or hide the party frames and moving the mouse cursor over hidden party frames would show them.
In fights i would turn them on and in peace times i'd like it better to hide them, since i need them only when checking stats or using items/inventory.
