Level 3 2 lock door, key lost

Im stuck in level 3 where door requires 2 keys and I have found only one:

Found one key from spider room. Can't find other one anywhere, now runnin out of light....

I had before just tried to put something to otherside of gate from middle, but u need to put it from lower...

I actually managed to get the key that is in the room with three hidden doors.(I don`t really know how it happened!), but I have some serious problems with the other one. I know I have to push a hidden button in the wall and run backwards as fast as possible, but it doesn`t seem to work.It seems I`m too slow because I can`t get past the portal area before it gets back.What should I do?

Oh and: being over-burdend would be a pretty bad idea here ...
