Unknown Key Error in Humble Bundle

Great job guys! After the initial problems downloading the game from Steam, spectacular!
The options then for the old school veterans Eye of the Beholder (no automap) are fantastic.

But I have a problem: the link of the email you sent me to preorder and that should allow me to download the standalone version of Grimrock gives me this error: "Unknown key! Sorry i could not find this key." asking the mail. I tried to request a copy of the key, the same error. Who can help me?

I have the same problem... I play it through Steam, but how to get standalone version... My key dosnt work, resend dosnt work too...

I've got exactly the same issue. I still have the original email Humble Bundle sent me that contained the steam key and inactive installer, but if I try and use the link now, all I get is the same "Unknown Key" message that you guys got.

I suspect the problem is that when I first viewed that page, the only way I could see to leave the page was to click the 'Delete' button... perhaps not the wisest decision in hind sight as they seem to have completely lost my key and subsequently the download for the standalone installer.

Here's hoping that one of the devs has the power and kindness to retrieve that page for us .
