Hi, i want to buy this game for my father, i'm sure he would love it.

But he can't understand english so i would like to know if there will be a french version in a near future .

So no other language than English. I understand why LOG1 was english only, but this one ?

Is it because of poor coding ? Because i'm sure the french community would have helped for the translation.

It is because AH doesn't have the manpower needed to do localizations and test these. It's a huge amount of work and a pain in the ass to do that. Focusing resources on other areas is advisable. Take Wasteland 2 for instance. It seems translations are HORRIBLE, and they are contributed, that is, made by several people.

Yeah, but if the technical infrastructure would be available in Log2, the community could work on translations & localizations (second part not that important)... and improve them over time. There are multiple examples of excellent fan-translated games available.
