Try to change your graphics driver, newer or even older version might help.

Update your graphics drivers to the latest version. I have the same card and the game works perfectly with the latest (12.3) Catalyst. You find them here: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

Its already the highest driver.
