Hi. It is possible to change my class somehow? I play with one firearms member and as i can see it is problem.
Ammo is low. I played with ranger and it was even worse. He had 3 stones and after he fired it he was unable of fighting.
So, i would like to kick this person from my party and use second mage like in my party in Grimrock 1. Mage can fight everytime, and he do not have problems running out of ammo during fight. I hate this, when my ranger or firearms member was without ammo during fight.
Thanks.

Re: Save editor
When you have only 3 rocks. you must still be at the very start of the game. At that point it's way easier and safer to restart with a new party then to screw around with your savegames.

I am at Forgotten River. And i have not find bow or new firearm. So, in later stage will it be better? Will i be able to use my bow or pistol like a normal weapon? I mean, when i met boss my ranger character was useless.Dr.Disaster wrote:When you have only 3 rocks. you must still be at the very start of the game. I think you are making a mistake trying to run without any dex-based ranged party members. you'll find mages running out of energy mid-battle really annoying and it isn't until late game when your energy pool and regen rate makes this a relative non-issue. so you are kind of swapping one problem for another.Keyz wrote:Hi. dex-based, ranged DPS is really good mid + late game. ammo should not be a problem so long as you collect your arrows/bolts from corpses routinely. between crossbow bolts, arrows, darts, knives, ninja stars bombs and firearms, you should never run out of something to throw at mobs.

Good. But i have some pistol now. So, ammo is problem. I had a ranger for test only for while.HotMaarl wrote:I think you are making a mistake trying to run without any dex-based ranged party members. you'll find mages running out of energy mid-battle really annoying and it isn't until late game when your energy pool and regen rate makes this a relative non-issue. so you are kind of swapping one problem for another.Keyz wrote:Hi. With my one mage i do not have problem with mana. I have a lot of plants to make mana potions and party can rest sometime. But believe that it is better to have one dex character.
Problem is that at my location a still an not find new pistol or bow and only 20 ammo for pistol.
