I made obsessive notes the second play.
Now on my third play I can move around in the maps in my head and see where I found secrets.
I have been playing too much for too long... or maybe that is just fine!

Found the last secret It was one I discovered in my first play-through but had forgotten about, so I don't feel too bad looking it up

It was in the top left of the Pyramid of Umas map. There's a button that causes a stone head to fire a spell towards a nearby spell-catcher. But, you have to be quick and move out of the way otherwise the spell hits you instead. There's a secret attached to this reaction-based puzzle. When the spell hits the spell-catcher, it also causes a nearby secret wall to open. You can hear it if you listen carefully. This secret door was my final secret. I hope this is the one you are missing! Otherwise let me know and maybe I can help.

Got it finally too
I was missing to solve 4 plague puzzle - No idea why I skip it, but I had full map so that was the reason I could not "find" it
