I was fascinated by the Meta-Story of Might & Magic 3, 4 and 5: Xeen, Clouds of Xeen and Dark Side of Xeen. Of course the game was pure running around from fountain to fountain and fighting, sleeping, fighting, etc.

The Ultima Series were amazing. Simply.

But my all time favorite RPG, maybe because it was the first I ever played was "Legend of Fairghale" on the ATARI.

Closely followed by Ultima Underworld. The 2nd part was a bit overdone.

if "Legend of Fairghale" was your favorite, you should definetly try "Fate : Gates of dawn" as it is a "sequel", not from a storyline pov but technically, it was from the same developper team, with much more improvements, and a worldmap for which the word "huge" as nonsense :)

There should be an 95% english transcription incl. english ui.

Game: http://www.atomicgamer.com/files/66242/ ... l-dos-game#
English Patch over "Utility" : http://skeldal.vyletnici.net/main.php?page=download

But it can't be install under Win7 x64 in my case.

Oh, so you played EQ as well? I did too from '99 to '03 or thereabouts, on Torvonnilous and Rallos Zek servers. Best online experience I ever had and nothing has given me the same fix since... :geek:
