Where do I go next?

I've posted my map here, it's the surface map of everything I've uncovered, what's next? I have elements from all the shrines except the one from the southern sewer exit, 1 power gem, and I'm just stuuuuuck. No idea what's next, which is an odd problem.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Just found out how to do that... thanks. I'd be so pissed if I'd dropped that item, I've had it for hours. lol
