LoG 2 and NVIDIA SLi experiences

Post by hansmuff »

This thread is just for people using SLi, not a discussion about performance of the game or how it runs fast enough anyway.

I have two 660Ti in SLI. The current drivers (of course) don't have a SLi profile for this game.
The game runs very well, I have no complaints. But being a weird guy I do notice less frames when turning around in some busier areas in the woods and whatnot.
So I went into the NVIDIA control panel and forced "Alternate Frame Rendering 2" for LoG2.
I noticed a large improvement in frames/s in the scenarios where I noticed slow downs before.

Is that the best setting for LoG2? Any other experiences?

Thanks for sharing your experience! Please report/take a look also in the LoG 2 very poor performance... thread. As another SLI experience, StephanFoldvik reported not working SLI in this thread.
