Could it be possible to have a list of wounds and their effects ?

Head: -50 Accuracy, and lose ability to cast spells.
Chest: No health regeneration.
Right/Left Arm: Unable to use injured arm, can't use weapon/gain shield bonus.
Legs: No energy regeneration.
Feet: Reduces walk speed and carrying capacity.
