I have hood and gloves and can't remember where i got them from. I think from secrets in forgotten river. We definitely need a wiki about all items/secrets and their locations.

The gloves are in a locked chest in...I think the area with the flooded dungeon.

I think locations are randomized. On my first playthrough I got the rogue helm from the buried chest in Twigroot (with the cryptic sign). On my current playthrough I instead got the +1 armor +1 strength ring.

Twigroot, there is a sign with some kind of jibberish words on the east,

you must go somenthing like "left 1, forward 3, left 1, forward 2" and you should be on the hidden chest.
