The keyhole next to the gate which leprechaun opens? There is probably no way to use that keyhole as it's key is in leprechaun posession, and he didn't drop it.
Still, that keyhole probably just controls the door next to it. Leprechaun used it to open the door at the beginging of the battle, remember?
