My first impression of LoG2 is very positive: There are challenging fights, riddles and lots of secrets, too! And it looks great.
Because optical media is dead and replaced by flash memoryHalluinoid wrote:well why can't we have it on DVD/CD?
why does it have to be download only?
that's why I gave it 9/10
Sad story ... I wrote a lengthy post about that game herePentrago wrote:I also like this game very much! Might & Magic X Legacy was quite nice too, but it was lacking support from the developers and from UBISOFT.
There are still a lot of bugs and it seems that no one has the intention to fix them. This is obviously not the case with LoG2![]()
I think Ubi cut off the cash valve... There were some patches, but without having everything fixed (especially concerning the DLC) they just announced that they completely shut down support. Even announcing that is a fist in the face. This game has so much potential but I'm afraid it didn't even sell well enough to get sequels. And I really love the box I got for just 30€.Pentrago wrote:I also like this game very much! Nope they were not awesome. Those shops literally broke the game. Most good and all top-end gear was not findable and hidden in well guarded secrets as it's supposed to be for a dungeon crawler, oh no, you had to buy it! Also farming and hauling stuff to sell at the shops for currency was a pain in the rear. Was a massive set-back to gameplay that is ment to live thru exploration.Eldur wrote:Those Dungeon Master 2 merchants and the whole trade system are so awesome.

Keys are hardly a comparison for a merchant.Luj1 wrote:Well in Grimrock we have Golden keys that're used to open a variety of treasures, that's kind of like a merchant xD .... Technically you can still 'choose what to buy'Dr.Disaster wrote:Nope they were not awesome. Those shops literally broke the game.
