Do you have all necessary permissions for writing savegames?. It sounds like a permissions issue.

Looks like part of the save data is compressed using zLib or something and it's struggling to decompress it (buffer becomes full maybe?) :-s. Anyway, not really much to suggest beyond the following...

1. Have you tried running the game as as Administrator?

2. Do you have a previous save you can roll back too?

3. You could try sending your save file to someone else, who could try loading it and re-saving it for you (a different system setup might just get lucky and load it?).

If you haven't already deleted the file, the devs might find it really useful if you could send them your potentially corrupt save, so if you could just put a copy on your desktop or something until they read this, that could be useful!

I'm currently investigating this issue. Could you link to the broken save game so that we can have a look, please?

@Petri: In case you've not spotted it - someone has linked to one on the other thread (User: Mikos // Save File // His Post).

Bug fixed, see here: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=7158#p75864

Good news is that your save game is intact and you will be able to load it with the upcoming patch.
