Backstab Mechanics

Post by Devil »

Hello,

Does anyone know how the backstab trait works?

I'm assuming that you are going to need to be behind the target and then attack, which is very hard to do in LoG2.

Or is it just a passive extra crit damage?

Devil.

If you have a Frost Bomb available you could always save, use it on a mob and then test if you get backstabs when attacking the mob from behind.

Doesn't the word itself tell it outright? "Backstab": A stab in the back; usually done with a dagger.

You have to stab the enemy from behind. As the poster above suggested, freezing the enemy greatly helps this.

you can also use the force field/cage spell then move behind them and attack when it drops before they have a chance to turn around.
It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
My end game stats LoG 1st play through

Sleeping darts are what I use for backstab positioning.
