Re: [Spoilers] Grimrock 2 News, Articles & Reviews Thread
You guys rock! Seriously, you're my heros. Reading in this forum, playing the game, all of this is bringing up good old memories from Dungeon Crawling back in my Teenage-Atari ST-days.
I'm currently still trying to get through the MASTER QUEST-Mod (just beat the spider-Level, woohoo), but can't wait to get my hands on the sequel. And I think I'm also gonna pick up mapping for this game; just went to a couple of tutorials, even scripting in Lua doesn't seem so bad anymore.

Gameskinny 7/10

"With a numerical rating system in mind, I feel compelled to grade a game based on the experience it was attempting to deliver. If Almost Human wanted Legend of Grimrock 2 to serve as a ploddingly methodical, well-executed if not well thought out, partially fulfilling RPG experience, with a lackluster regard for any form of modern design? 10/10. As it stands next to others in the RPG genre, turn-based, action, pen ’n’ paper, or otherwise? Well…"

All these reviews look so damn good, only 1 thing that made me worry was the quote from the last review, i wonder whats up with that, i hope that's just something on his side.
Anyways only 2 hours to go and i can't not wait, congrats on all the reviews, seems you guys have outdone yourself, yet again.
One very annoying issue I had with this game was the load times. Loading games takes a ridiculous amount of time, sometimes up to 30 seconds just to load one saved game. I also encountered a few crashes while loading. Overall, the loading proved to be an annoyance.
