Grimrock 2 Pre-Order
Re: Grimrock 2 Pre-Order
The standard question which i miss in this thread, will there be a Linux port?
Re: Grimrock 2 Pre-Order
The fate of a Linux port is quite uncertain at this point. Grimrock 1's Linux port was an interesting experiment for us and porting it to Linux had its share of both positive and negative (increased need for support + supporting a platform we have very little knowledge about were probably the biggest) aspects.kontra wrote:The standard question which i miss in this thread, will there be a Linux port?
All I can say at this point is that it remains to be seen. I'm sorry that I can't be more informative but we simply just don't know yet.

Re: Grimrock 2 Pre-Order
Greetings to Finland...
Im not sure, if i understood something wrong with the Pre-Order... I bought the Pre-Order from Huble but
there is no Stand-Alone Installer for LOG2, only for LOG1.
Installed my Steam Version but the Stand-Alone should be ment for my Son, to teach him good "old" game
Feeling.
Someone the same problems?
Sorry for the bad english. Im better in reading and talking than writing

Re: Grimrock 2 Pre-Order
I pre-ordered it about 4 weeks ago. When I click on the link in the confirmation email from Humble Bundle, it sends me to a page that appears to just have the link to the Steam key. No link to the direct download, and the link to the Steam key doesn't work either (not that I want to play it through Steam).
I'm running Firefox with NoScript, and if I allow scripts globally, the same thing shows up, but it appears that the opening of the webpage is stalled. None of the links work.
I've tried with Internet Explorer, and pretty much the same thing happens. Except it complains that my browser is out of date (and I'm certainly not updating it).
I can't even get to Humble Bundle support -- everything just stalls.
Marco.
