Who's October 15th?

i am bubbling over with excitement for the release date to arrive. but then i wondered - who's October 15th are you releasing it on? i'm in australia. so my Oct 15th is actually Oct 14th for americans, for example. and when on Oct 15th will it become available to download? at 12:01am, the moment its officially Oct 15th? at 9am, when business days start? please help! i want to start d'loading the nanosecond it becomes available to do so.

I wouldn't dare to put up a countdown since I can't guarantee that the game launches at PRECISELY 9am PST

Good news Grim Reaper... I think UTC is the same as GMT, so I think it's actually around 5pm BST / in the UK!
