Yep, the hardest part of that puzzle is definitely finding the exact place to click. Thanks.

In my case it was entirely random chance. Or probably from unconscious 'Lands of Lore' habit; (The nest is empty!).

I really should use the mouse look more often, I suppose. I can't think of a time it's actually revealed anything before.

But. I'm, once again stuck, loved all the rooms, but this last one, the foundry, is brilliant and beautifully done. I'm having a problem I can't seem to get around

I get the machine running, but then it "encounters something unexpected and shuts off." My best theory is that it's the billy club behind him, but I can't reach that. My other theories include needing a third gear key and figuring out what stones I can use to give the face statue eyes (marbles didn't work). I've run around quite a lot and feel like 'm missing something obvious. Any clever hints for this one?

Well, you need the right item(s) and the right combination(s).

To "solve" the room, you need of course the broken swirl key and the right combination to repair it. There are clues about what it is in various books and scrolls around, but it's also a bit of guessing. Beyond the key, the smith can also make lots of stuff, but the dwarves only made it to work with weapons so far.
I'll let Isaac comment further if he wishes, it's his room after all! ;)

Wow, I guess I just hadn't used enough trial and error. I love how this explains the presence of all the enchanted stuff in the prison, though it doesn't explain the enchanted bows and armor. I was hoping to get all my weapons to freezing power.
Officially done with all 22 rooms, but with only 50% of secrets found, I need to go looking some more.

Thanks for the great dungeon, guys! Morganon's Fall and the Foundry were especially great and have inspired new dungeons for my D&D players.

Started the module again. I could get help in Komag's playthrough, but I´m stuck and afraid to spoil things ahead.
