Hey eLPuSHeR,

Regarding the keys -

the crabs should have 2 keys, 1 key from timed puzzle and 1 from teleporter puzzle - sounds like you missed the 2nd key from the crab fight
Only the Fallen May Pass - don't worry about this for now ;)
Stuck in Yggdrasil!?? Noooo! How come? Where abouts?

With "you have all the time to press the buttons" timed room - every gate / secret requires 2 buttons pressed quickly... try all the combinations :D

Yes, I am stuck at the timed puzzle, so that's the key I am missing.

As for Yggdrassil, I cleaned an entire area but didn't know how to come back afterwards. No teleporters. Nothing.

Ok. I did the first Yggdrassil part, even if I don't know what purpose it has got. The first time I used the Gaia gateway spell on my earlier savegame I got teleported to a different section of Yggdrassil than the one that you can watch in your fourth walkthrough video. I got stuck there.

Looking on the bright side of things, by going back and forward allowed me to discover four or five new secrets in my current playthrough.

But I am still stuck at the "take your time" buttons puzzle.

I have marked six buttons right now. Spent a lot of time doing combinations but to no avail. I can see the next button (east), but I cannot reach it. Either I am missing another button or didn't nailed the right combination.
PS - You say above that the 4th walkthrough takes us to the first Yggdrassil part and the first boss. I have watched it. What boss are you referring to?

Hey!
by boss fight I meant room full of beasties to kill... as apposed to one bi boss monster, they come later :D

in the take your time room...

pull the lever on the northern most wall ... then run!... and pull the lever in the south eastern corner of the room, this will get you the key and out of there
you must be quick though! sometimes no time to turn even

Ok. I am pretty sure I had tried that combination. Surely I wasn't fast enough. :D

But now I am in a very desperate situation. And maybe this could be considered a bug.

After getting the four iron keys, I am being asked again for four gems. But I have currently none. I have spent four blue gems for four eye sockets in a long corridor upstairs. If I go back to the gems pit room, I cannot proceed back because there are just three GREEN gems remaining and several pits are opened.
Could this be a bug? Am I missing something?.

No bug here my friend...
There are 4 gems to proceed from this area...
If you want to know where all the gems are...

You must take a blue and red with you from the pit/fireball/gem puzzle (just before the ancient horde area),
the crabs should drop another gem...
and another gem in the teleporter maze

I have spent the blue gems from the pit/fireball/gem room on a corridor one or two levels above (you get a bladed gauntlet or something like that). Only three green gems remaining at the pit/fireball/gem room and I even cannot go back. I will keep on looking but I think I won't find any more gems.I don't know what happened to the red gem(s).

We will probably need to go back to the earlier levels and find the gems there and then return to where you are stuck.
Your earlier assertion, that this is a bug - is very close. I did not foresee this being an issue and it clearly is possible to end up in your position.
But not to worry, we will find the gems!
Gem locations for Amadacia Ruins
level 3 -blue

1 - chest in north west corner of map - door opened by button on pit near "dont throw rock" wall text
2 - fireball/poison bolt puzzle near middle of the map - found with leather armour - secret opened by button in the north east section of the room
3 - chest behind gate in fireball corridor area - opened by lever near the south corridor of the area
4 - sack behind spider eggs in south east part of the map
level 3 - green

1 - skeleton crypt (through gate) - secret opened by button near middle of the room
2 - in a drainage alcove next to tentacles in flooded dragon statue area
level 4/5 - blue

1 - 2nd chest secret in teleporter puzzle room, opened by button next to first chest secret in the same room
2 - inside chest in the middle of the pit/alcove cavern near middle of the map - access via closed pit - closed by button in very south western section of the cavern/crypt area
3 - in a book alcove (bookcase) in flooded library area - accessed by bashing down some breakable walls
4 - in a chest near Amadacia Forge area - in a room accessed via a gate which can only be opened by a lever that is found in the KruShaul "only fallen may pass" area - accessed by a pit found at the beginnning of the game (north west section of level 3)
