Once you go through the locked gate if you look around you can find a button to open up that cell to get the arrows

Cant figure out where to get the 2nd key. 1st one is in the cell area, 2nd one?
Also there are some slimes past a door (no weapons inside) which i cant get open...

Put any weapon(I think I used a knife) on the alcove across from the door. That will open it.
