Minimising download while getting both Steam and DRM

It doesn't look like this has been covered, so I'd just like to point out that if you'd like to download the DRM free installation for backup purposes, but also want to play on Steam for achievements, you can save on downloading it twice in the following manner: download and install the DRM free copy, start the Steam download in order to create the relevant games directory and immediately pause it (you can probably also create the directory manually, but this is more certain to avoid stuff ups), go to your initial installation directory, copy the extras directory and grimrock.dat over to the Steam installation directory (this will be your Steam installation directory \steamapps\common\Legend of Grimrock), then resume the Steam download.

Steam will now find that the bulk of the data has already been installed and skip most of the download.

Just thought this might be handy for people like me who have limited download quotas or poor connection speeds.
