Really simple idea, a strength and magic level that affects physical damage and effectiveness of magic. Combat level instead of strength possibly?
Or possibly allow class upgrades, with similar effects?
Levels could be gained by making a successful hit towards an enemy say, 100 times, or whatever. Maybe have the rate about one level every 3 player levels.
Another idea is it could just add a 3%-10% multiplier to your rate of damage.
Just something for the player to be happy about.
