Pre-order issues and questions

I have issue with preorder. I click buy directly from site, than choose "amazonpayments". My credit card balance changed, but I got email:

«We were trying to process your Legend of Grimrock order, but unfortunately your transaction was flagged for review by Amazon Payments. As a result, there may be a delay in processing your order. The specific message from Amazon was "The transaction has been flagged for manual investigation.".»

I have pre-ordered the game using the Amazon payment option last night. I received the e-mail from Amazon stating that my order had been completed. I have not received any other e-mails. I have checked my spam folder to no avail. From what I understand I should have received and e-mail with a link to where the download will be once released along with the pre-order goodies. Wot's...Uh The Deal?

And how long it can be? 6 hours gone and no email. After 5 hours release. F...g Amazon, i'll never use this payment method again Card balance changed and I got nothing.

I got that email once, they seem to do a manual check every now and then, very annoying, I think they did it within the day. Hopefully that means it will be sorted for you soon.

I got that email once, they seem to do a manual check every now and then, very annoying, I think they did it within the day. Hopefully that means it will be sorted for you soon.

I pre-ordered a week ago using PayPal on the grimrock.net site. I got an email receipt from PayPal and that's it. I didn't receive a download link or Steam key.

I've got the same problem as a few people here. Amazon Payments. I received confirmation on payment but no additional email containing the game key. I purchased the game 28th of march, got the confirmation email the same day.

Do they start sending these key emails on release day (today)? Should I be more patient? I live in Europe if that makes any difference.

I'm having the same problem as several others. I pre-ordered on 3/28 and paid through Google checkout. I received conf email of purchase but never got followup email with download link or steam code. The game looks amazing btw and can't wait to play.

Right, I preordered on the fourth, didn't realize I should have gotten my key and links at that time. I've sent a email to the contact email, do I need to do anything else?

Oh, I bought it from the website, not gog, amazon or steam.
