It's only angle and animation frame, as you can see in spoiler. And as I said - this sword is temporary solution to test skin
But if you like it, I can do footman armed withsword, or 2H sword or sword and sahield or dual weld or other "normal" weapon. So let me know please, what you prefer or what you need to set up priority.

Back to AI Switcher project for the moment. As I noticed few days ago, I got an idea about special AI behawiour and Xanathar found scripting solution to bring it to live. We still have some work to do, but I guess that we can split it in two parts - some like "Advanced AI" and "Special AI". The second one is still under dewelopment, because I have not finished specification yet. It's a little bit tricky to design it - and it will push gameplay to the new dimension I hope.
But the first one - Advanced AI - already works. Xanathar will publish scripting parts and whole "Aiswitcher Framework" and he will describe how to use it. My part is to prepare monster animations to extend their abilities and first monster worknig under Advanced AI will be Ancient Ghoul.
It's work in progress. We use normal ghoul for tests and it will take some time to do and balance all parts like particles and animations, sounds etc. Ancient Ghoul will be armed with femur and look a little bit different - so please be patient.
With this framework we are able to create monsters like Ancient Ghoul, who can grab you, vomit blood in your face or cast curse or poison cloud. But imagime thiefs armed with sword and throwing dagers, Warriors doing kick and swing or dragons with bite and breathe attacks.

that's scripting tech that ah should've implemented from start, also cool idea to arm the ancient ghoul with femur. seriously imo this is the best thread ever (and so productive!) your work complete's this game.
here's the high res retexture for leki's upcoming bowman its very nearly finished and should look a little sumthing better than the Original, check out screenshot over on log nexus :
all texture parts except face have been upgraded with high res replacements cut and pasted together, it will also come in color variations (if leki likes what i've done with it that is!)
Human Bowman is done and you can download him. Please give me feedback if you like this custom monster.
Thaks to Odinballs for textures. You can use 6 different colors atm (monster pack includes 1 full monster definition and 4 clones, 1 texture is unused in script, because Its basic texture for modifications).
I publised monster only with basic setings. You can freely modify it - and I hope that you will - I look forward to see bowman shooting different type of arrows
