Keys for Hardware Test ?

Post by Stickyllama »

Hi,

How do you play the Hardware test ? What are the keys ?

That damn monster keeps on staring at me and takes anything I throw at him ( stapler, pens, coffee mug)
Someone please post a spoiler on how to defeat the Hardware test monster .....

He says I passed some test but won't let me through !

Arrrrrgh.....

Obviously bored silly in anticipation waiting for the real game which isn't released till 12th over here..
Serves me right for living 8hrs ahead of everyone else...

*sigh* *throws squared graph paper at monster with no effect also*
:P

I heard the Quit button is it's weak spot. It annhiliates the monster, along with the rest of the dungeon. It's as if they were never there... ;)

I think there's a combination of keys that when pressed "unlocks" the game early, then you can play! :D

Genius !

The Quit button brings me to a new level !

** SPOILERS WARNING ****

Although I'm getting a nagging feeling of deja vu... but I don't think this level was in the original Dungeon Master.

It's apparently entitled 'desktop' and has lots of hidden buttons ( not very well hidden if you ask me !) which if you double click bring you into even stranger areas of the 'desktop' level.

So far I've battled a firefox, several widgets and the most horrible and persistent of beasties - the 'paperclip' !

Now I'm off to cast a new spell I've found... "Windows Update" ... I wonder what new powers it will give me ??....
