Grimrock Public Beta 1.3.7
Re: Grimrock Public Beta 1.3.7
Added another compatibility improvement to the beta build:
- fixed issues caused by non-default Windows DPI scaling settings
If no new issues arise during the weekend, we'll release the patch on Monday.
Have a great weekend everybody!

Re: Grimrock Public Beta 1.3.7
I know it's a beta patch and it is currently being tested on Windows.
But, I can't resist: are you addressing linux keyboard (no typing at all) error?
FANTASTIC GAME, BTW! Reminds me of my beloveds EOB and Ultima Underworld (especially the former).

You can download and run this patch: http://grimrock.net/patch/grimrock_1_3_ ... _patch.exeDrakoumel wrote:how update my 1.3.1 version to 1.3.6?
And then update to 1.3.7

How about an universal update patch like the GOG's one? (18MB circa)
Re: Grimrock Public Beta 1.3.7
How to Mac users patch? Do the same patch exe files work on Mac too?
Finished Dungeons - complete mods to play
Re: Grimrock Public Beta 1.3.7
We don't have patchers available for Mac so you'll have to redownload the installer and run it.Komag wrote:How to Mac users patch? Do the same patch exe files work on Mac too?

My "Review" of The Legend of Grimrock
I recently got this game along with Grimrock 2 and at first I was confused. I am a modern gamer (I grew up with the N64 but then jumped to the seventh generation) but I had never played an old-school dungeon crawling game like this one.
Grimrock is clunky, slow and stuck in the past... AND I LOVE IT. Almost Human, keep doing what you're doing because this game has so much visual and audio charm that it will keep skeptics playing until they come to accept this classic play-style. Once I did that this game became one of my favourites of all time.
The puzzles are driving me insane. NOBODY TELL ME ANYTHING I WANT TO DO IT MYSELF. When I figure out something on my own I feel like a genius and I know other people feel the same way. I don't have words to describe how perfect this game is.
Also, I have bought the second one, but I refuse to play it until I have finished this game. I have nothing else to say other than good job Almost Human and here's to your future endeavors!
