Oh yeah, neat idea.. but without a tool to import animations easily, we got stuck at static things, that is sad^^

Yeah I was just thinking that when the request for "desk" was given, my first thought had been "school desk", but ultimately I didn't think that was what the requester was asking for. Now looking back on it I thought about SH1's school.

Trying to get a campfire into LoG^^
This is what i modeled so far. Think it´s OK. Blender quick render.
What i supposed to do is that i have two models, one lit version and one cooled out.
And then scripting it in that way the model is exchanged when someone tipped with a torch? on it.
I think this would be possible.
We´ll see^^

As for clicking with a torch, that would be a little difficult as it would be on the ground.. I would think to do it as an altar maybe?

My suggestion would be for you to take a look at the custom alcove thread.
There is code in this thread for a wall lantern lit by clicking a torch on it.
You could use similar code to make your camp fire.

Good idea, the clickable area can be easily defined in that way !
And one can place an item in it - to enhance or harden it.. just an idea.
Don´t know how to replace the model in an action.. can it be done with 'broken model ' functionality?

If i´m able to finish those damn DM wallset, i have more time to think about other things^^
Tons of work work to do at the wallset, i use this to relax from that and get inspired^^

Well.. that raises a very interesting idea.
If you do the model as a blockage, prevent it from being destroyed/damaged,
Could you conceivably use an altar's trigger to "break" the model into the lit version with a torch?
Blockages should be toggleable lol
