Can be a little complicated to install, but its worth it. I do also recommend the music remix packs, they are very good.

Oh, and gosh, how I could I forget?! Its worth playing for the Scottish Pterodactyls alone!

I played all the star control games. Theory were good fun, although the much hyped Star Control 3 was a let down. SC2 was the best IMO. You've got me interested again, so I may have to dig back into them again.

SC3 did not include the original authors, and it shows.
