I need help with finding the 4th ornate key. Up to 4 gold keys and 11 secrets.

Guessing it is behind the last door that I still have yet to open on level 3 Ascent that I need to get behind. I cannot find where you go to get behind the northwest of the 4 doors.

Your guess is correct. To get there you need to figure out how to get across the 4x4 pit puzzle in the level's center.

I have cleared that one (I call that area the southwest door), the door I cannot get behind is the one north of that door (2 right and 2 up on the map).

Ah i thought you ment the whole area and not a specific door. Now that's not too hard to reach. Go down the stairs behind the northeast door and back up the closest stairs to the west. Once up you'll see an ornate door with a head requiring gems. Search this area carefully.

Finding an alternate route to collect the bracelet of Tirin without fighting the undead army reserve.

Orb of Radiance is not in the game as I didn't want a constant light spell. That shooter has no receptacle simply because it has no pit to toggle like the others.

oooh .. shame on me!
After re-tracking my maps i miss-counted the number of secrets found on level 5 and 6. There are indeed 6 secrets on 6 (2 NW quadrant, 2 NE quadrant and 2 in the southern half) and not 5 as i mentioned before I also miss-counted a fall to level 6 as secret which actually isn't one. Obviously i could not remember it properly so i only got 2 secrets on level 6.

AH! found it: there are indeed 3 secrets on level 6; dunno how i missed the Battle Axe/Fire Bombs.

Final secret count per level:
3 on 6
6 on 5
4 on 4
2 on 3
3 on 2
Sum: 18

Ok, some questions after roaming a couple of levels:

1. Where do I find the 2nd blue gem for level 3?
2. How do I open the gate with the teleport behind it in the middle of level 4?
