Is there a site to see if I can run LoG

Post by alazyburito »

My computer is getting to its time and better yet it is a laptop. So before I spend a ton of money on a new gaming rig I would like to know if my current computer can run LoG.

For my current PC specs:
Gateway

Processor: AMD Athlon II P320 Dual Core 2.10 GHz

RAM: 4 GB (3.74 usable) DDR3 1066 MHz

Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

Since I left out a ton of details, I have a Gateway NV53A

SSAO? It's Ambient Occlusion. Adds shadows, essentially to areas that wouldn't otherwise get shaded. Google it for a more accurate definition.

Something like this, I don't have the correct comparison shots for this game.

If I remember correctly Petri did some optimizations to the AO after we released the compatibility test, so it should be a bit lighter now. Compatibility test was also a really light scene so there wasn't much of the other stuff running on the background. The actual game is at times a bit heavier.

How much heavier would you estimate it? For example, some machines that were barely able to run compatibility test aren't going to be able to run the full game, or are we talking only couple of frames lost here and there?
