Why can't i buy the game at steam?

Greetings all,

I want this game... period. But i prefer to have all my games in Steam. I wanted to preorder the game but steam isnt selling it. It shows the game, says when it will be released.. but no option to buy it.

Does this means ;

A) I wont be able to buy it on steam?
B) i will be able to buy it on steam someday but long after it is released?
C) It will be on sale on steam but it is all regio locked so people, for example, with steam in the US can buy it but people in Europe cannot.

I would appriciate some clearification on this. As a note i know i can preorder it but i like all my games on steam and also have np donating more money for a game like this.

If you buy the game on other plateform you'll get a steam activation key. You can buy the game on Steam but not in pre-order period.

Yeah i know but i can't. You need payment options uncommon here. A creditcard isnt normal here and paying with paypal who then says that "The provider of this product requires you to have a creditcard linkend to youre account" is exactly the same way as paying with a creditcard

I want to buy it on steam since it has over 50 ways to pay and i can directly in realtime pay from my bank.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I'm 99% sure the game will be available to buy directly from steam on the 11th of April when the game is released.

Pre-order it through them and you get a steam key. Just bought it through them (11.99) and got a steam key that I activated near instantly.

I have it active and in my steam library right now, albeit can't download for 5 more days

I'm sure Paypal supports money direct from your bank account if don't have a credit card, or wish to assign it to Paypal account.

You can't pre-order the game from Steam, but you can get the key in advance if you buy the game directly from AH. Steam version will be available on 11th.

If not credit card, debit card can be also used, do you have one?

I can confirm they do as that is what I do already; no card, just set up your bank account through routing/account number.
