I would think it would send the url key to the email that is associated with paypal. Check that email. If you don't have access to that email, you should be able to change it. Other than that simple peice of wisdom, I'm not the person that would know the answer.
I appreciate you trying to help. Now I know I'm a rare case because that paypal account is old but it still has money in it that works just fine for online transactions. Turns out the email address I had associated with the account no longer exists. But here's the thing... I've never had a game that used that email address so it was never an issue. Why would it? I assumed the first line that asked my for my email address would have been the receiever for the key. Every other game I've ever used for paypal used that account as though it were the signature for an online check... not the mailing address for my purchase.
Maybe this sounds like a stupid question but can anyone tell me where to send email for support?
FYI - Contacting HB support through email with my PayPal transaction ID worked with a turnaround time of 45 min. From the last couple of forum posts it sounds like others are experiencing my issue as well.
@Hissssa - I'd go ahead and do thes ame thing shadmin did. Contacting HB support with the transaction ID should be the first step towards resolving the problem. HB has been really good with customer service in my experience, I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.
I see Hissssa got the issue resolved, but for others, I emailed contact@humblebundle.com with my PayPal transaction ID. If you didn't receive a PayPal email (since you no longer have access to the email account you registered PayPal with), you can just log into your PayPal account, view your History and find the transaction ID in the details. Hope that helps.
Is Legend of Grimrock subject to Steam regional pricing or is it something Steam decides for you? I'm asking because usually games are cheaper in roubles here in Russia because our currency is shit. Some of the 15$ games on Steam cost 399 RUR, some 349 and some even 249 while direct convert value is 440. Would be great to have an answer to that, it would help me decide whether or not I should pre-order the game.
As i fan i am very interested in how good Grimrock sells. Is there any chance for us to learn, how many preorders you sold already? Of course it doesnt have to be precise, but i am really curious to know if its about 5000 or more about 50.000 i have no clue.
And of course we want it to besuccesful for getting more dungeons from your team hehe
They've mentioned before that they are under NDA's that prevent them from disclosing this information, though I imagine over time we'll be able to glean some information regarding the success of the game.
