Just want to say that I'd buy a Linux copy of LoG.

The game is great but I will not pay for a version for Windows. When users get Linux versions of Legend of Grimrock. We dont want to wait for the next millennium, please make this game for linux.

the videos look awesome and I will definitely buy the game one day.
I'd buy an already existing linux native version at once (even for the double price in this case as I'm very sure I'll love the game).
If a linux binary will be officially announced for later an upgrade-later-to-linux
option for some $$$ for the windows version would rock.
for windows only games I tend to wait until they are cheaper before I play them under wine. not sure yet in this case :)

In short:

Devs would like to see OS X and Linux versions out there. As well as other platforms, like iOS. But there's only so much you can do with the resources they have. Be patient.
Of course it is a matter of resources ... as well as a matter of priorities ... ;)

Another vote for an OS X version here. Thankfully in the meantime the old office PC is just about up to it :)

Here's another vote for an OS X version. I've already bought the game, and played it on a machine with bootcamp, but rebooting was becoming a chore. (In fact, rebooting is fine, it's learning about "critical updates" that is a bit bothersome.)

I really like the game, and would like it even more if I could play on my main (bootcamp-free) computer.

How about allowing us to sign up to be notified when (if) a Mac / Linux version is actually available? I've been keeping an eye on Grimrock but frankly I'm tired of doing so and doubting whether a Mac version will ever actually happen.

By the way, unlike some people I won't purchase a game which is not available on my chosen platform. This is a deliberate choice of mine not only out of convenience, but also because I prefer to support developers who create cross-platform software. YMMV

Same here. As much as I was looking forward to the game when it was still under development and couldn't wait for it to be released on OSX I'm now losing interest by the day. It has just been too long a wait already.

I'm absolutely the same. I'm even willing to double-dip to show my support if developers choose to bring out their games on my 'native' platform. For instance, I'll be looking forward to buying BG1-Enhanced Edition for both iPad and Mac OS as soon as it is available for purchase.

Guys just play the game on windows... it doesn't need emulators and you have the benefit of being able to run 479 million other applications that don't run nativly (or at all) on macs..
