Re: warlock of firetop mountain
If you need/want a hand with any coding, I would be very interested and happy to help

Can't do coding, but love the books and would love to put down the base dungeon for Deathtrap if you want to.Shroom wrote:If you need/want a hand with any coding, I would be very interested and happy to help
Re: warlock of firetop mountain
ok! for now, 3 levels are complete on the 8 I'm making. these 3 are complete with traps & monsters.
The other 5 levels are going well, everything is so simple with this editor! gorgeous!
i just have ONE problem. When I visit the dungeon, my monsters do their things too. how can I avoid them without fighting? (tentacles are hard to kill...)

you've got the map from deathtrap dungeon on the first page of this thread.Fuzzyfrank wrote:Can't do coding, but love the books and would love to put down the base dungeon for Deathtrap if you want to.Shroom wrote:If you need/want a hand with any coding, I would be very interested and happy to help

use the shortcuts:pulpum wrote:i just have ONE problem. When I visit the dungeon, my monsters do their things too. how can I avoid them without fighting? (tentacles are hard to kill...)
- F1 to turn off physics, go through walls, monsters, not fall in trapdoors, etc
- Z to open doors without keys
- K to kill monster
- H to heal party
Finished Dungeons - complete mods to play
Re: warlock of firetop mountain
ok ok!
so.
for now, 8 levels are almost finished. (2 are giving me nerves on traps, but I'll make it!) it's a good news as I wanted this dungeon to be 8 levels.
This dungeon begins a few weeks after mount grimrock adventure.
I let you test it for next week, I have intro and ending to do (story is written, just to make it on screen) and if I can use phitt wonderful bookshelves, it could be a wonder
so prepare yourselves... "the warlock" is near!

The Citadel of Chaos = WIN \o/
Edit : Come to think of it, I enjoyed Steve Jackson's 'Sorcery' series better, especially 'The Seven Serpents' & 'Crown of Kings'.

"sorcery!" is one of the best books... they are not possible to make in grimrock, but they are for sure very good adventures...
deathrap dungeon is a good one to make in grimrock.
but I have another idea for the next one...

ok. I'm a bit late
I don't want to rush my beta, I'm making intros/outros for now, but as I'm not english, I want my texts to be clean and well written, so for now it's correction time... but it's coming, I can assure you!
