Yeah, just run fast forward and left and you can open a gate, go through, close behind you

Made it.

I'm ashamed I made such horrible mistakes at the first time. This level seems easy (except the puzzles :mrgreen: ) Hell, I need lots of time to find out the correct way thought that teleporter maze .Unfortunatly I have no more time now. I have to wait 'til Saturday for the rest of this level.

The party is great. It was IMO a good idea to skill Evasion. They aren't hit often. But now to the bad thing : I must leave food here because I can't carry it.

The mace of the Oger is useless, it seems. Accuracy -20!! I hate that.

I can use the crystal now so I have enough time for the rest.

@Dr. Disaster
I didn't found out what you mean. Of course I saw the platform and of course I tried to trigger it with weight as I did at the earlier levels. But all my heavy armor didn't trigger the door. Because I made it securely into this level please explain your idea to me.

That bothered me the most in this game. Certain pressure plates appear to not respond to weight, but to Party presence. You have to step on them and commit your party to it's consequences. The "Enter Thy Grave" challenge room was like that IIRC.

Aye, some plates requite either party or monster presence, as do some teleporters. Same concept as in Dungeon Master ;)

Nope it's not. It's a regular plate that can be activated by throwing something onto it from outside the room.

I simply anticipated correctly what you discribed later on by the first time you got there. It's what most players do: they step on the pressure plate and see what happens. The designers anticipated that too so they made that pressure plate a trap that - beside slaming the door shut - spawns three spiders around itself. To escape it you need to rush (not step) into the hall. Thus my hint.

No, you can throw a spear on the pressure plate in the "Enter thy grave"-room. It closes the door when you're outside. So you kann kill those warriors easily.

@Dr.Disaster
Ah, ok. I thought there was a trick I hadn't found.

Fair play if you want to do an undying run... however, for your own safety and time investment.. don't go forward when you read "fighter's challenge" unless you are absolutely certain you are geared and prepped well (and even then LOL.. maybe best overlevel it a bit..)
