Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
As much as we want this, may it not be rushed
Also, any teaser screenshots? Or too early in development?
Cheers

Bah! No need for teasers. Doing open development is tough enough with all the pressure it puts on the devs. No need to open it up even more.Garcy wrote:As much as we want this, may it not be rushed

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
That picture alone makes me very happy. On the left we are given a tab with a slew of teleporter options. Using silent and invisible checks it can now be possible to give the illusion that a single level is larger than it really is by using loading hallways.

The editor looks very professional, much more polished than I imagined.
Great work!

Thanks for the screenshot, looks good for now
Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
it looks very good and professional.
I expected something a little easier without some of the features we can see now but Almost Human strikes again! our dungeons could be as complex as grimrock is. anf it's a f... good news!
the dungeon size is limited at this grid size? I ask to know if I have to reduce a little my plans for dungeons. That size seems fine, but I just ask
congratulations again, to make this dream alive! bravo!

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
Petri already said the size of a level is 32x32, and the number of levels is theoretically infinite.
@Petri> Is there a "Test" button that allows you to start playing from the current preview position?

Re: Dungeon Editor Progress
The full game is running in the preview window so you can, for example, test puzzles right away.Thels wrote:Is there a "Test" button that allows you to start playing from the current preview position?
