The pillar puzzle for example which if you get it wrong kept putting me back to the start, it was the puzzles in this game that were damn right annoying. Or the timed puzzles whereby using the movement keys if you had to rush from one bit to another the game would pick an extra movement and throw you down a pit even though you let go of the buttons.

Also regarding story parts Eye of the beholder blows this game out the water as even that had little bits in between with characters talking to you, hell even lands of lore had that... Don't mention dragon age as that's being pathetic and not what i mean.
So you want little bits of dialog with the characters talking to you and the interactive and challenging puzzles removed?

It sounds to me like you wish you had pirated a Movie, not a video game.

Kids, and even many adults, these days are so pathetically intellectually lazy. It really puts a bleak outlook on the future of humanity as the population increasingly becomes brainless lazy consuming blobs. Just look at most of the complaints on this forum, whining about how hard it is that they have to click a button to switch arrow types, or heaven forbid think for a second about how to get past a door. Then there is the endless comparisons to some shitty game whose existence must prove that it is the correct and only way to implement a model of X, Y, or Z.

This game is based on Dungeon Master, not Dungeon Pansy-ass spoiled brat.

Exactly. You didn't like this game because of one puzzle? Guess what, no one likes that puzzle, but it doesn't stop everyone else from recognizing Grimrock for the excellent game that it is. You're just looking for an excuse to justify pirating the game without feeling like a thief for taking advantage of a small independent company. Way to stick it to the man I guess.

Pirate games? That's so early 90's. That's something I did with EotB2, because some friends had it and there were no stores that sold it (or any other computer game for that matter) at the time.

Then get off this forum and leave it to those who have paid, and happily so, for the game. It's a rare occation I loose my temper, but you comming here admitting you comitted piracy with LoG, and with such flimsy reasons even, makes me quite mad. NoRegret; you are a proper douchebag parasite.
You know you're screwed when the light at the end of the hallway is an onrushing ogre wielding a torch.

There are some real insulting people on this forum, some seem to enjoy talking down to others...

Just because I'd like the game to be another eye of the beholder or lands of lore is no reason to talk to me as if i'm a child, i'm 32 and go way back to the days of the amstrad green screen. Think i'll leave this place to the fanboys as the community is down right rude

Alright time to lock this I think.
