Moving saved games between installations

Hy !

I started playing by installing the game with the standalone installer (non-steam version). Now that the patch came out, I installed the game through Steam and I'd like to remove the old installation but keep my saves.

So, how to move the saves from the standalone version to the Steam one ?

Also, how to move saves between two Steam installations in two machines (e.g. my laptop and desktop) ?

I don't mean technically, but what files to move and where.

In your documents folder, you'll find a directory named 'Almost Human'.

Both the standalone and the Steam installation access this directory.
