I actually believed that the Blueberry Pie made my fighter immune to hunger on my first playthrough - well at least for 5 minutes, then I noticed the poor overburdened bastard was getting hungry again
For me it is the Icefall Hammer - monster icecream for everyone

True! However, I was just slightly (just a tad, really) dissapointed that the blueberry pie didn't do anything else that still the hunger for a little while (and giving an achievement). As it's a one of a kind in the game, and hidden (though not wery well), it would have been a nice thouch if it also gave a small bonus to anyone who ate it. For instance a permanent +5 to health or energy, or 1 skill point.
Otherwise my favourite would be Norja, or Nex (I think the latter is excelent for cutting pie).
You know you're screwed when the light at the end of the hallway is an onrushing ogre wielding a torch.

Heh yeah a bonus would have been awesome! +2 to Vit maybe.

A gently fried snail slice is absolutely delicious with a pat of butter...
