Sweet Jebus, that was awesome. I'd love to see more too, and a challenger of course.

Pretty funny seeing your party charging down the dungeon, rapid-punching snails to death

Haha - cool video. I like how you grab keys and don't waste time by putting them in your pocket. I can imagine a front person in your party running as fast as they can with the key outstretched in front of them and then shoving in into the lock

Holy shit, that was fast

Good show, I'm not even going to try to compete with this I also tried to clear the first level in under 4 minutes also but I always failed on killing those herders which took too much time. But thanks for the tip on how to destroy them faster. It never occurred to me you can rearrange your party formation in combat to eliminate attack cool-downs I guess without that it wouldn't be possible.
Cheers!

It doesn't eliminate attack cooldowns. Its done to allow 4 melee characters to strike, none of whom have the 'reach' ability. The back row comes forward to attack, instead of attacking from the rear.neofrommatrix wrote:It never occurred to me you can rearrange your party formation in combat to eliminate attack cool-downs I guess without that it wouldn't be possible.

Re: Dungeon Runner - Speedrun Thread [Challenge]
I will make speedrun of other levels like gasgas suggested when I have more time. I also added some speedrun times to the first post by other people so we can have top list of best times.
About my video - I think there is room for improvement for example in fighting technique (Faster switching) and by luck you could pass 1 snail and maybe 1 herd, so it should't be hard to squeeze 0-15s out of my time.

Re: Dungeon Runner - Speedrun Thread [Challenge]
I actually did a speedrun for the whole game, not sure if you knew that when you posted the times.

I re-did the first two levels and cut off a few minutes by adding segments (previously I did them all in one run, meaning if I messed up I restarted the level) but I won't be uploading them unless I finish the entire game again. Not sure if I'll be doing that any time soon since I don't want to burn myself out of the game having already done 2 playthroughs (normal and hard) and then a speedrun.
All my levels were connected (on the same party), do you plan on setting up a party for each level, or what? I can't imagine you getting much farther with a completely unarmed group. I had a harder time with an under-geared group on easy than a fully-geared and fully-leveled group on hard.
