make mages able to prepare next spell while on cooldown

I would love to see scrolls not only as rune sequence for casting spell, but as autocast tool too. I.e. if scroll is held in caster's hand, right click on it will lead to instant spell casting, without dealing rune combinations.

I can get behind that, rather than having the pane remember your previously cast spell (which would introduce even more micro if you use more than one spell). It would a better give use to the scrolls you find lying around.

Nice idea! Balanced too cause it uses a hand slot (or 2 if you want 2 spells on "quickcast").
I'd like that in the game together with my suggestion.
