Dungeon master mode

Dungeon master mode

first of let me start this by saying i used the search function but came up empty im sorry if this thread already exists :oops:
and secondly im sorry if this is in the wrong section :(

anyway me and a friend of mine started talking yesterday whilst playing over skype that it would be cool to have a multiplayer feature where one player takes control of the "Dungeon" as a sort of "master" this player would be able to re-arrange certain walls and levers and buttons etc. and also decide where monsters and secrets would be. And then my friend mentioned that it would be rather slow to do since it would take time for the "D.M" to set up the map and monsters etc. and i half agreed :? mostly because it would be rather slow for the player who has to traverse the dungeon but if it where to be a game between friends i wouldn't really mind the wait .
so what do you think about a mode like this?

Eh, it would be difficult to have this balanced and have a decent pace. When the level editor is out you could take turns playing through levels of each others dungeon.

well if you understand how they did the level layouts then you'd be able to hot-load changes apparently.

surely it would be easier to wait and use the editor, then share your maps with friends.
