A gently fried snail slice is absolutely delicious with a pat of butter...

That may be the case, but laptops are not designed for gaming and/or rendering 3D. So unless you have a gaming laptop any 3D game made in the last few years is seriously going to stress the hardware. LoG may not me MW3 as you put it, but I would say that looking at the engine and the processing effects that it would have a similar load. Dont let the style of game fool you when you're moving it is required to process a lot of info.tanelorn wrote:Well this ain't Modern Warfare 3... I figured I could play it. And I can, until I hit a timed puzzle.

What are your specs? Seriously there may be a way to tweak the game or your PC for better performance.

I do use GameBooster 3, and I have all the graphics options set to the lowest settings. The laptop is indeed challenged. It uses that rotten intel graphics card. I got 15fps in the hardware demo (I ran that before buying because lots of 3d games won't play at all as the Intel card doesn't do shaders). I figured for a game like this 15fps was fine. And it is, until you reach a timed puzzle.

I was able to get past this by following the saved-game suggestion and doing that section on a friend's computer. I'll have to see how the next timed puzzle goes...
